Lightning grounds, Electronic (including computer) grounds, maintenance safety grounds including all types of testing i.e. Two/Three-point, Fall-off-potential, power frequency current injection, Off-frequency current injection, Electrical Noise on Ground grid, very low grid impedance, very large and extensive ground grid, Evaluation of Touch and Step Voltage measurements, Current Splits etc

TRANSFORMER OIL AND ENGINE HALL COOLING

During the summer months when the ambient air temperature goes above 35 °C with above 40% relative humidity, the Generation transformer oil coolers become ineffective at higher loads as the cooler oil temperature goes into alarm. This, consequently, causes the transformer winding temperature to go in alarm, thus restricting the Unit from producing its maximum output.

AUDITS AND ASSESSMENTS:

Al Balad Constructions has extended its services and capabilities in last 5 years for the assessment of underground pipelines and steel structures of the plants and offer remedies to protect from corrosion.
Also, we undertake grounding audits of the Plants by using special computer programs.
