CORROSION AND CATHODIC PROTECTION:

Corrosion rate of the metal can be significantly reduced by electro chemical protection by decreasing the corrosion potential is known as Cathodic protection (CP)

We have a capability to Design, Install, Test & Commission, CP system for all kind of Metallic structures, Underground Pipeline, Storage Water / Fuel Tanks, metal surfaces permanently exposed to seawater or marine sediments.

Installation includes

Rectifier Unit, Anode Ground beds horizontal and vertical, minus connection on pipes, surge protection, polarization cell, Potential Test Stations, Test Coupons, Cable laying, Reference Electrodes, Test Bonding Stations, Isolation Couplings, Painting, Impressed current CP for Tank Bottom, Protection for inside of the Tanks, Sacrificial Anodes for new pipe installations as well as current balancing requirements etc.

Installation of Submarine pipelines and risers

Protection design and installation for Current densities in sea water, sea mud, driving potential calculations for hot fluids water injection pipelines, rigid and flexible pipelines, Protection of Platforms etc.
